I am so happy about the response on yesterday’s egg puffs! I hope some of you got to try them. I made multiple batches and am not ashamed to say they are all finished today! Looks like I need to go back to Costco and buy some more egg whites in bulk!
I have decided today that I’m taking this week off from exercise (let’s see if I last). I ran on Sunday for the first time in a months. I wanted to test out my ankles to see how they would respond. The run was glorious. I didn’t feel any pain while running. I ran a lot slower than I normally would and completed two easy miles in 25 minutes.
Though the run was pain-free, post-run was not. My ankle pain is still existent. Though I took a lot of time off from running, I was never completely off. I have been biking, spending time on the elliptical, and doing a whole lot of lifting weights. The pain has not subsided and to make matters worse, I pulled something in my neck/back/shoulders a few days ago. I am a complete mess.
I am not going to stress out about the LiveFit Trainer. It will still be there next week. It will take me longer than planned to complete it, but I’m okay with that. I am going to take this week to relax, let my body heal, try some new recipes, and really focus on my nutrition more than anything else. Nutrition is 80% of it anyway, right?
