I have been getting a lot of emails lately about what my meals look like on a daily basis and what my calorie intake is. I am going to do my best to post more vegetarian meal ideas but I will have you know that I do not count calories. I used to in the past and it was bad news bears. I became addicted to it and had almost no time to think about anything else. Alexandra just did a great vlog about how she is ditching counting calories. Check it out here!
Day 11: Powerlunch (Ezekiel toast with mashed avocado and tomato + quinoa, edamame, sundried tomato salad)
Day 12: Powerdinner (sesame tofu, roasted beets and broccoli, potatoes – from Whole Foods)
Day 13: Powersnack (apple and PB)
Day 14: Clean Treat (Larabar)
Day 15: Nighttime Powersnack (amande almond yogurt)
I took it for a quick spin in the parking lot of the bike shop and OH MY WORD. The seat is SO COMFY in comparison to my road bike! It literally feels like there are pillows strapped to your butt. I am totally stealing Jamis for my more leisurely rides (thanks, mom).
