romaine, carrots, chickpeas, corn, and strawberries
Today’s challenge is RED. There are so many yummy options for red so I am really excited for this one. I’m thinking something fruity! 😉
This weekend the Toronto Pro Supershow is happening (it started yesterday) so Dean and I are going to go creep some booths and check out all the fun stuff going on. Tosca Reno and The Eat Clean Diet team are going to be there! I can’t wait to see and hang out with them again!
There is going to be an art exhibit featuring Bob Kennedy’s collection of paintings (he went by the brush name Wolfgang Kals). I was lucky enough to see some of them when I met the amazing Mr. Kennedy at the end of last year. He was a man of so many talents and I am excited and proud that him and his talents are being showcased at such a fantastic event.
To say I am PUMPED to go to the show is an understatement. Good thing today is a rest day because I’m pretty sure I want to spend every second there. Another reason why today is a good rest day – my butt aches like crazy from yesterday’s workout! W4D4 of my program was killer. I think it was the one-legged deadlfts. Holy guacamole. I hope it’s okay for tomorrow’s ride!
If you live in Toronto you should definitely come and check out the show. It’s only $15 to get into the Expo and if you want to get into any of the shows it’s extra.
