Give and Get: Push Up Book Winner & Bondi Band Giveaway

So if you are already a follower, you will have noticed that my blog has a different appearance.  I am extremely excited and proud of it.  I am not the most tech savvy person in the world but with the help of a few Twitter friends and the lovely people at Bluehost, I was able to get my self-hosted site up and running within a few days.  I’m not going to lie, it was a lot harder to do that I had anticipated.  I still have a lot of editing to do on posts and pages…I think it was worth it though!

Rebecca over at Bondi Band has sent me two bands – one for review and one to give away to a luck reader!  I originally saw these bands featured on other blogs and immediately became attracted to them.  They come in a variety of colours and patterns and some have slogans and images that pertain to different sports and hobbies.  The two I received say “Run like an animal” on them – LOVE IT.  There is really a band to match every personality!  Bondi Band also offers wicking hats, neck gators, wicking towels, and “buddies” (for dogs!).  I was so excited to receive the band just in time for my first “real” speed training session.  It was a little windy and I knew the hair horns would get out of control if there was nothing holding them down.  Enter Bondi Band.

Speed training was a success and my brand new Bondi Band worked like a charm.  It didn’t slip out of place at all and it wicked away all of my sweat so my eyeballs were completely burn-free.  The material is extremely soft and stretchy so it will conform to the size and shape of anyone’s head.  Believe me, this is an issue for me.  My head is a lot bigger than you think.  It was a fabulous first attempt at speed training.  I was even able to get in a jumping shot afterwards to submit to Fast Cory who is having a contest!  Send him any jumping photos you have because he is going to be featuring them on his blog SOON!

A Bondi Band (just like mine!) could be all yours!
